Maint. of Aftermarket Off-Road Parts

I would like to know if there are any steps I can take to make sure that my aftermarket parts (namely susp.) will last as long as my truck.
Im mostly curious about UCA's and what can be done as far as 'user serviceable' maint.? I can just ask the mechs. at the local dealership to lube anything/ check &tighten whgen she's in for free oil changes..... but what about rust and stuff. Living on beachside TAKES its toll, my skidplate and tow hooks have rust on them ( no biggie, but existing rustindeed) and I definatly wanna make sure that my suspension parts stay tight, lubed, quiet and strong.

Hell, I guess everything will just last forever without any concern. I guess ill quit waxing my paint

I don't think there is any special maintenance worries with aftermarket suspension versus stock. Keep things lubed properly and regularly, rinse liberally (and forcefully) with fresh water after those salt water baths and relube any parts that go underwater regularly to flush out any water/debris that might get in there.
