Well, they weigh the same as a load C 265/75R16 so that's not really an issue.
I do have a fairly stiff ride, but it could be my KYB monomax struts. I used to have the rear shocks and I switched them out last month for the LC Tokicos and they ride so much better.
The skinnies do great too! I usually air down to about 18 PSI and they have been great on the rocks, mud, and snow!
I think my next set of tires will be some 255/85R16s just to be taller. If I just had a trail rig, I would definitely get some 34x9.50x15 Super Swamper LTBs
