Barbell Curls, 4 X 15
Bent Over D'bell Rows, 4 X 12-15
Bench Dips 4 X 15

Want your guys input:
How do you place out your reps when doing deadlifts? ie. 10-8-6-4-2?
And...What percentage of your max do you place in those sets?
Just curious to see. I'm really working on my deadlifts, form, posture, and thoracic extension (to fix shoulder pain).

I do 2 low-weight warmup sets. A light set of 8 reps and then a heavier set of 5 reps. Then I switch to doubles and work from 40% up to 90%.

Thanks for the input. I've been doing just the bar to stretch and work on form. Then I do:
185x10 warmup
225x8
275x4
315x2

I picked up some supplements from bodybuilding.com-

Anabolic Freak
Amino Freak
Glutamine
Gaspari Super Pump
Iso Pure Protein

I'm going to dust off one of my old workouts and see where I can get.

Plus, with the treadmill at home now, I can get a run (or good walk) in first thing in the morning to wake up the metabolism.

I plan on adding an additional 75 grams of protein a day on top of my four pre-planned meals. I'll also add juicing on top of it all (yay...).

I was on MHP Dark matter for the longest time but switched to a home made post now.

leucine
glutamine
creatine
pretin
karbolyn

shake it all up and chug it. definitely does the trick and buying the stuff in bulk saves $$$ over the big name stuff and NO fillers.

I've been trying something new. Do your warm up, whatever you like. Then load up 75% or so of your max. Get a stopwatch/timer handy and start knocking out 5 good reps on the minute for 10 minutes. It's killer.

Really? I thought it was killer. I held more water than I wanted to but it made me huge. My arms literally filled my uniform sleeves. I've never been into getting too cut so I didn't mind losing a little definition to gain the overall size. Plus it tasted awesome.

Ha, as always, YMWV. If you can find something that works, stick with it I guess.

That's the one thing I wonder/worry about with this stuff is taste. Other than whey protein, I haven't taken any supps in about six years, so I'm sure something will taste like crap.
