Just tapped a keg of my Campfire Session Pale Ale.
It's a light refreshing pale with TONS of late hops and DRY HOPPED with over a pound of different hops in 5 gallons.
I use Mosaic, Citra, Columbus, Chinook, Mandarina Bavaria, Amarillo and Galaxy hops throughout to create a super fruity tropical/citrus dank hop bomb.
Also drinking some commercial beer. ODD13 IPALIEN and n00B IPA. Breckenridge Brewing 471 DIPA oak aged with Citra hops.
Been drinking a lot of champagne lately due to having a baby boy!
His name is Oliver and he is freaking cool as shit!
Will make a fine assistant brewer and range buddy one day!
I brewed him a "birthday beer". Well a few of them actually. The idea is to age them until he is of age for him to drink with me.
I brewed an Imperial American Stout that will be aged in a Bourbon Barrel and a Barley Wine that will be aged in an American Rye Whiskey Barrel.
I also made him a mead, a red wine and some whiskey.
His 18th birthday is gonna be epic! I can't wait for 21...

lefty's brewing "big brekkie" breakfast stout, a delicious combination of oatmeal, coffee, cocoa, maple syrup, and bacon. surprisingly not sweet, and the aroma of bacon is unmistakeable.

One of the few perks to living in Western MA. Drinking Julius by Tree House Brewery.
They consistently produce fantastic beers and are a quick 25 minute drive away.

Bottled my Barley Wine yesterday, tasted a sample, it's going to be damn good and really strong. I also tried my hand at wine making, I made a small 1 gallon batch of Pinot Noir and Chardonay which is starting to ferment now. Here's a picture of the Chardonay

NOT ENOUGH....I AM IN SERIOUS NEED OF A WAKE UP AND START UNTIL I GO TO SLEEP BEER FEST WITH SOME GOOD FRIENDS. We usually have 2-3 a year but its been six months. You know the kind....day two when you wake up "I'm not drinking I'm still drunk"....Day 3 when you wake up to go home..."I'm not drinking until next year... you f'rs do this to me every time" . Don't deny...you have been there. LOL

Wifey had her first Sammy Smith's Nut Brown. Her new favorite.
They have Delirium Tremens on tap here!
Now I'm having this:
Weihenstephan Hefeweisen: (the worlds oldest brewery!)
Gotta love Chicago!
