I am have the same problem. Is your pop up for a $1000 gift card from amazon for a free iPhone or galaxy 8? That’s what mine is.

yeah I've been getting them on our local news site. congrats you're a winner of a new iPhone or something stupid.

turn airplane mode on, then erase browsing history in the safari settings, After clearing history fully close Safari, like exit out the app in the app switcher, then turn airplane mode back off. Should help.
only on my phone. not when im on the computer which is weird.

You're talking about on Safari, correct? I get them a lot on forums - like T4R and miata.net. Won't let me close it and keeps pestering me to do a survey for a giftcard or free iPad. My solution is just use tapatalk when on mobile.

I only get the same pop up you are describing only when visiting this forum. I believe there may be a malicious script embedded somewhere without the forum owners knowing. It only happens when visiting using iOS safari browser. Have to clear cookies and power cycle phone to remove. I downloaded Tapatalk app and now no longer have the problem.
