as the title says, post up which vehicle you would want when the zombies invade. try to keep it to real vehicles and maybe stuff less obvious than a armored tank

Its already in my driveway - just waiting for it to be mine.....110k and it looks and drives like it just left the Toyota AutoBody plant.

04 was the last year the LC was assembled by the "old timers" that had been building cruisers for a long time.
 
you know i love thet zombie movie thing and just finished the walking dead last night,
i always have wondered what happens to these guys when that goes down, and why no one ever robs one of these......
30 years before you need to refuel.....and up to five years without surfacing, the key would be to have enough provisions and get the right one...lol

p.s. zombies can't swim....

Should have added tilling blades on the axels other than that id cruise that daily with or without zombies lol

this would be my ideal zombie apocalypse vehicle. it has huge tires, its a 6x6, you can lock all the wheels for extra rugged terrain, has a fuel range of about 400mi on a tank, seats 6 comfortably with room for all weapons, theres only one way in which is a door on the back deck up a ladder, its completely seal-able from the inside so nothing can get in, the windows are 4in thick bullet proof windows so there would be no nonsense of them breaking through windows. there are 6 escape hatches on top of the vehicle just in case. the back deck is a nice platform for shooting which is out of arms reach of zombies. its completely armored so it can take all kinds of punishment. i drove one in iraq so i should know :D

Am I the only one who thinks this is a good idea?

You'll want the version that can fly and has Mr. Fusion for fuel
so you don't have to steel plutonium from the Libyans!

It's probably because I keep seeing this thread pop up in my User CP but I have recently and last night had a pretty epic zombie apocalyptic dream. At one point I head butted one of the zombies, to no avail, didn't do anything. Then I went for the steel pipe approach, worked like a charm. I can't seem to find zombie apocalypse anywhere in my dream dictionary.
