Fram PH16 on a 4.3L V8.
Its not the filter on the lookup table but if you compare the way the o-ring sit on the filter it will fit. Its also a bigger filter and cheap.
Used this filter through 2 oil changes now and it works pretty good, oil last just a little bit longer and no grit.

I've had Fram on my first T4R, then switched to WIX. Then on my second (current) T4R I had a K&N, then switched back to WIX. My thing is that the K&N was literally such an expensive oil filter, I could have used that money towards the oil itself and settle with a WIX. Besides, I've have great results with WIX. The $16 K&N didn't do a thing for me. Fram... well, let's just say I don't understand how Fram is still in business. I didn't even know there were TRD oil filters. Has anybody used them before? If so, thoughts, comments???

Why'd you switch oils, too?

I am just going to get the Toyota Genuine OEM Oil Filter 04152-YZZA5. I found a set of 3 Oil Filters for $18.99 free shipping.

I have started using the jdm toyota oem filters since my mkiv supra now that is all I will use including my Lexus cars as well.
Best filter imo that you can buy as it has a bad ass filter media in it!
