I was at the dealer the other day waiting to have some spark plugs installed. After waiting for 3 weeks I had gotton a call from the service manager telling my special order spark plugs were in. I was told the total wait time for the install would be 3 hours, because it takes longer for a V8. Anyways I wait my 3 hours and nothing. Turns out after all the hassle, the dealership had no spark plugs so I wasted 3 hours. Needless to say I got myself a free install for the spark plugs, three oil changes, and 20% off a transmission flush. The moral of the story is when the dealer ****s up milk them for all its worth.
