0" setting on adjustable front shocks. Any lift?

I am gathering info and parts to rebuild the front suspension on my 96 T4r sr5 3.4 auto 4wd. As I am researching which front shock/coilover combo to go with I have not seen a reference to what the average height is on the 0" setting for adjustable setups. Has anyone set theirs up at 0" after replacing the stock suspension to see if there were any height gains? I am assuming more of a 99 height, but thought I would post and ask.
Granted it seems as though there are a lot variance between models. So just looking to see what year you have and what measurements you have to see if there was any lift at the 0" setting.

Looking into 6112's and possibly King's. The one thing I really like about the option such as Kings is the rebuildable aspect.

On the 6112's, I put the driver side on the 3rd notch from the bottom and the passenger side on the 1st notch. I got 1 inch of lift for 3 days and then they settled to no lift.

it depends on the coil springs that you'll be using. there are coils that are meant to provide stock height while others provide lift at certain amounts even at the first perch of say the 5100

The 6112's come packaged with Bilstein coils and the Kings come pre-assembled and built for the application. I would not be replacing them with any different spring combination.
