03 V8..replacement for yota coolant?

Late then never?
I used Prestone Extended life coolant after a true chemical flush, purge, and refill. 5yr 150,000 miles if memory serves. And it's OK for the aluminum... If Zerex Asian vehicle formula was availavle locally at the time , I would have used that instead . (Phosphated HOAT - Hybrid Organic acid technology). The zerex is the same as the stealership Super Expensive Toyota long life coolant (stealership, $28 for a pre-diluted 50/50 gallon, what a ripoff)

Personally , I would flush the system, just to get rid of the old stuff. Coolant loses it's ability to protect the system as it gets older, heating and cool down cycles wear it out. But read the Zerex info it may be compatible with the Toyota coolant. ( Toyota Long Life is also a Phosphated HOAT formula)
