06 Limited -Experience with rear bumper cover replacement

Thinking about replacing the rear bmper cover myself. Parts diagram suggests it should be easy. Looking for someone who has done this. Special tools needed to remove or replace? Obstavles encounterd?

Its as easy as removing the rear mudflaps, a few extra bolts underneath, and popping the clips holding the top sides of the bumper.

Not to hijack this thread, but what's the technical name of this black piece (the one mounted to the body)?
A few of the clips on mine are broke and I'm not sure what to search for on Ebay.

You will need to look at a part diagram on one of those part websites. Not sure what they are called.
