07 Blk Sport w/ Cornfed 3/2 lift

I've been lurking around here for a while and after reading a few of the posts about spacer kits, well I decided to take the plunge. I had a Cornfed 3/2 spacer lift. Tires are BFG 285/70R17 on Moto Metal 951's w/4.5 BS and -12mm offset. I experienced alot of rubbing at first, but I trimmed a little of the fender and now it only rubs very little when the turning full left or right, when I backup.

Thanks to the guys that have done similiar installs in the past to give me the confidence to lift mine!

Nice 4runner. It is the best one....:D I seen so far because it 's my twin.

Very sexy. You should get a set of dark tinted Weather Tech vent visors. It'll make it look more bad a$$.

I hope you live far away from me! I wouldn't want to see them both together, it would be kind of weird!:D

As far as I know I'm the only one here in Cheyenne, WY that has lifted a 4th gen, which is nice, because it looks like no other.

Don't worry. I am in So. Cal. Nice choice of wheels and color. Look like you are in I.T. field too.
 
Most likely. Or one of only a handful. Most people are like me, they want to wait until their warranty is almost up.
 
Looks awesome! Is there any way you can get a clear picture of how deep the lip on your rim is? I know it will be hard to see since they are black, but I am seriously considering the same offsets you are running. Thanks!

Yes, it will rub. Instead of using spacer, I get an aftermarket rim with correct spacing. Sorry, I forgot the spacing number/size
 
Nice looking 4runner! Those parts would look great! on my wifes 4runner. Now how can I get her to allow me to lift it?
