'09-12 RAV4... who has experience with these?

my wife is pregnant and we are looking to sell her 32-year-old MBZ 280TE wagon. are there common issues with the 3rd gen RAV4s? i know the ins and outs of 4th gen 4Rs, but have no clue when it comes to R4s. any insight on caliper issues, suspension issues, head gaskets or AC problems or anything like that would be appreciated!
