Try 84-89 4Runner or 84-88 pickup tail lights. The second gen are shaped differently.

Look at your bulbs list and get LED replacement bulbs from superbrightleds.com.
That company is like Toyota; Can't go wrong with it.

Electronic flasher to eliminate hyper-flash is cleaner than adding a shunt resistor.

alternatively, the flasher can be opened and modified to work with LEDs.

Finished up 2nd gen LED conversion 2.0
Came out better than 1.0 but could use a little improvement. I used too much epoxy and it ran down into the lens but the output is awesome over what I had
