1997 4Runner 3.4L 2wd swap to v8??

Is it possible to swap a v8 into this car and what else is neccessary like tranny or bigger rear end??

That is a good question, been wondering myself. Lot's of work though. New wiring harness, ECM, motor mount location, etc.
