Edit: On that front fender damage: my T100 had some damage there that was repaired by a body shop to original condition, but the corner light never sat right and wobbled a little. My 4Runner also had damage from p/o’s wife and the corner light is funky even with repair as well. I’d like to get that sorted out at some point too.

You can pick up a bottom to recover on ebay for ~ $50, or the whole seat cover for $150 and the labor process to recover is cheap and just requires hog rings and hog ring pliers (~$15)

Think I'm finally figuring out how to get a decent imagine on this forum...
Anyway, here it is in my Garage.
Progress so far:
Remove running boards.
Remove front bumper.
Spray/wash place to get all crap off.
Check fluids (they all look really clean).
Trickle charge battery.
Rubbing compound to some scratches.
Vacuum.
Up next:
Figure out front fender.
Paint old chipping wheels.
Order new front bumper.
Fix dent in rear hatch.
Figure out leather.
Shampoo/mats.
Paint a few small surface rust spots.
Worst part of it all is. I'm really starting to like it. Buuutttt. I already have too many cars!

I would say just get two matching seat covers for the driver/passenger seats. Simple to install and pretty cheap at Walmart. The people buying this vehicle when it was in this previous condition will not care too much about the seats anyways.

Nice find & looks like an easy fix. I bought a '98 limited a few years ago in similar condition for a 1st car for my kid. I found a petina fender at the pull & pay and got a new knock-off bumper and valance off Amazon + a few little parts on Ebay (like replacement seat bottom covers).

I'm actually going to be working on that same area for the next few weeks. I'll let you know how it goes. So far, I pulled off the fender panel and removed all the lighting. Plan is to get a ball peen hammer and gently pull it out.

You should be able to get to that from inside, though the window track may be in the way. It'll be pretty wavy when you are done - that goes across at least one body crease.
