1999 With an Issue Running (Video)

I bought my Dad's 4runner knowing it had an issue running, but it seems I'm a bit over my head. When I bought it, it had codes p0141 and p0171 coming up. I've looked quite a bit into p0171 and know how common that one is. now we also have p0100 and p0110 and just p0141 coming up. I was thinking it might have been a clogged cat so I removed that and it is still running that same way as it is in the video. If anyone has any ideas, it'd be greatly appreciated.

O2 sensor. I believe there are 2 and I just had my mechanic replace both of them ... at the same time I cleaned my throttle body, MAF, and ISC.... and solved the problem.
