Yes, you'll need to drill one hole for the rear of the passenger seat and you'll need to pull on the outside of the seat mounting bracket to make it reach but they work fine. All other holes should line up.
Yep I did this to my 86 and as said just one hole needs drilled. Luckily where you drill it is still in the area where the floor is reinforced so that helps ya sleep at night. It's the rear hole nearest the center console on the passenger side that needs drilled. Also the rear bolt closest to the door on mine didn't use the same hole as my stock seats but there was a threaded hole under my carpet right where it needed to be.
