Are you using wheel spacers? If so, what size? Love the stance on your 4Runner!

like Hyde said. im running LT in the front. the rear i have 1.25 inch spacers. front is wider and i cant go any wider in the rear as you can see i can stuff the wheel pretty good

no half doors ever for me. trails are too dusty and i like to keep a fairly clean interior. after that trip i still need to spend some time wiping the interior down lol

May we know which year? Rear springs? No-cut no weld?
If your runner is stock with no torsion bar adjustment, What are resulting heights for your front and rear? Someone said rear wheelwell lip/rim should be 1.5 inches closer to wheel rim than front wheelwell lip/rim.

heres my write up of the 3rd gen springs. to match the rear, you can crank your t bars but if i was you, i would get bj spacers. the ride will be much nicer. dont forget you should get longer shocks if you want the max out the full use of this set up, front and rear. i used OME shocks all around and works awesome before the LT up front. the rear is still 3rd gen with OME

I had the same black magic ones as well, they make the sag better for sure, but it still didn't sit like I wanted to. My buddy was getting rid of his stock rear springs from his '00 for the taller ones. I got his and that's what I used. No cut, no weld needed. Only removed the shocks, but did need a coil compressor, because there is no way to get them in without one if you just let the shocks go. Unless maybe you have good leafs still. My leafs are gone, which is why I did this mod in the first place. The rear does sit atleast an inch or so above the front, but I haven't measured yet. I'll let you know when I get to it.

The paint is not perfect but it is one of the most rust free Toyota's I have ever owned. While I don't know the 4Runners history ( where it has been and the number of previous owners ) I do know that it was originally sold by the Toyota dealer in my home town so I guess it has come "full circle."

Well... thanks for the opinion. I thought it looked kind of cool, like the truck was in a haze or something. Im pretty sure the rear bumper is custom made. It was on the truck when I purchased it. Here are some pics for you....

Its an awesome bumper... simple, and functional. I like it! The only thing I would suggest would be to try to tilt the spare tire holder more towards the rear window.

really? i dont like it tilted in at the top cuz than the bottom sticks out more. i prefer an upright wheel. any reason for it? or just for looks
