Any guesses what happened here?

This happened two days before I sold it...

Which I promptly replaced with this 87 SR5.

Which I continued to adventure the shit out of.

after this I decided adventuring in Texas mud sucks so I reserved further adventuring for Colorado.

Unfortunately my little brother deemed the request to keep the oil topped off a trivial one whilst on loan, and that was the end of the 22re. So she sits in the driveway now awaiting a new engine. Think I'm gonna go with Putney's out of California. If anyone has any feedback or input on that subject I would be all ears.

I only have a couple of things to say, sorry about your engine. Replace it with a 3RZ! :yo:

so far, solid front axle, long travel all around, 3RZ/5 speed swap and tube bumpers front and rear. My current 22RE timing chain tensioner is extremely loose and is a ticking time bomb...so i may have to fix that first and then save up for the swap.

up front i have Blazeland Long Travel Kit. it extends each arm 3.25 inches each side. i have to use t-100 axles. longer Bilstien shocks. its similar to total chaos long travel kit but for half the price. the wheels do have an offset that allow them to stick out even more lol i love the low and wide look. the rear is running the same offset wheels but i didnt want to use 3 inch wheel spaces to even it out so i just use 1.25 inch spacers on each side. this means my front is about 2 inches wider each side or 4 inches overall. similar to a pre runner look lol

the rear is all stock other than a zuk mod, i shoved a pair of 3rd gen 4runner rear coil in between the two bump stops. i have OME shocks as well for the extra travel

i have a pair of chevy 63s for the rear i been waiting to try but too lazy to get it done. have all the parts minus the shocks. hoping to get a little more lift out the rear and more travel as well

Yea he had them on the front. He is open front and rear. What is wrong with chains? Ever since I built my rig to be more capable. I only invite guys with similar capabilities. So he didn't wanna hold the group up and chained up.
