Yes, I had a hitch bumper on my 86 T4R. When I traded it in for a new 89 T4R l swapped rear bumpers in the dealer parking lot. As l recall, the rubber flap behind the bumpers was a bit off and didn't fit perfectly, but wasn't a big issue. They bolted up just fine.
