2000 4runner banging sound from rear while turning right

I just got a 2000 4runner with 197,000 miles on it got it for a great deal $1,000 it's a 2wd but I've always liked the style and look of the 3rd gen.
But I was wondering if anyone had the same issue I'm having?
There is a knocking sound like something is loose in the rear but only when I make right turns.
I went under to look but I didn't see anything obvious?

Hoping that someone might have an idea what it could be?

The spare tire is fully secure. (first thing I checked)

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Could it be coming from inside the vehicle? Have you looked inside the storage cubby in the back to see if something might be moving in there when turning?
