2000 4runner need help

Hi new here, haven't had my 4runner long & having some problems, hope someone can give me some advice.
2000 4runner 200k miles, 3.4 engine, 4x4, auto
Engine light came on & I went and borrowed a scanner, the code says cylinder 3 misfire, and another code that wouldn't pull up.
The engine started running rough & missing. I'm not sure where to start looking, anyone have any experience with similar?

Also, when in gear, there is a loud ticking noise, but it stops when in N & park.
Seems to operate fine other than the noise.

a misfire could be spark plugs/wires for starters

plugs and wires

So I changed the plugs and wires and it didnt help. Taking it to Toyota on Friday.

Still #3 misfire after the plugs and wires? Swap the coil and if it still misfires on 3 most likely the injector.
