2000 fourrunner leak

Hello everyone I'm new to the site so this has probably been asked on here before but here goes, I have a 2000 fourrunner and lately have discovered wet moldy area on the head liner just above the rear door, any ideas where this may have originated, I was thinking the rack maybe?
