Anyone done this job? Nightmare? Straightforward? I see the OEM part is stupid expensive.

Super easy. Buy the 4 motors from ebay for like $16 or something. just take your time. Make sure its all put back together properly. I messed up a back door and didn't test is before I closed the door and the door is now stuck shut. Just test it before you close it and everything goes fine.
