I just replaced this section a few weeks ago, total length is about 91". You can either buy the line in bulk and flare it yourself, or get a 30" and 60" pre-made section of line, then use a coupling to join them. I went with the full DIY route because less fittings = less chance of leaks.
There is just enough room to pry out the old one and install a new line without dropping the fuel tank. The plastic tabs that secure the line are all visible, although you might need a long stick/screwdriver to pry the lines on/off from the tabs (if you aren't dropping the fuel tank). You will be working by feel around the rear shock mount, but it is do-able. Then you can hand bend and shape the line as necessary. I believe in total there were 4 tabs.
Make sure you tape the ends of the line off before fishing it through or else you'll get dirt in the line. Also make sure the line doesn't rub the chassis anywhere or else over time that will eat into the line. While you are doing that, it might also be a good idea to replace the center rubber flex hose, as well as the metal lines going into both sides of the axle as those are probably close to failing anyways.
