2001 Sport ID ??

Happy New Year Everyone! What designates a Sport on a 2001 3rd Gen 4x4 SR5, body, suspension, interior, VIN code? Thanks in advance for all your help.

Perhaps there is more to it but I thought it was mostly the 'hood scoop'.

Color keyed front and rear bumpers and grill, Sport hood, Sport Edition emblem on the front door, big flares, but no body cladding, and silver interior trim.

And someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe they also have a higher gear ratio in the rear diff, for a bit more low end torque. I know, that's not something you can tell by looking at it, just throwing that out there.

I thought the 01/02 sports had two tone seats as well like this but it appears yours doesn't

"The SR5 is available with a Sport Package that accentuates 4Runner's ruggedness and includes 16-inch 5-split spoke alloy wheels and alloy caps with P265/70 R16 tires, 12.5-inch front brakes, 4.100 rear differential, sport seats with special material, 4-way adjustable headrests, cloth door trim, hood scoop, painted overfenders, leather-wrapped steering wheel cover, metallic-trimmed instrument panel, integrated fog lamps and color-keyed bumpers and front grille."

I would agree with this list and in addition I have seen the it only came in Imperial Jade Mica, Black and Millennium Silver Metallic.

I would agree with this list and in addition I have seen the it only came in Imperial Jade Mica, Black and Millennium Silver Metallic.

For what it's worth, 01 did not have the emblems. That was an 02 only thing.

Aaahaaa! That's y my 01 dosent have it. Was looking online for a stickers can't seem to find anybody have suggestion on website to buy

I believe the Manual came with a 4.1 rear dif - my Auto came with 4.3
