2002 4Runner: bolts/hardware for rear bumper?

The rear bumper of my 2002 4Runner is rusting away and I picked up a replacement on Ebay. I've coated the inside already and am ready to remove the old bumper. I see that the mounting bolts are horribly rusted and it is likely I'll destroy them in the removal process.

Does anyone know what size/type bolts these are? Where could I find this info?

I'd like to get new bolts and have them in-hand when I start the job.
If I take it apart now, and take an old bolt with me, I'll end up having to drive around to various hardware store in search of replacements. It could take me awhile to find the right bolts and, in the meantime, the car would be off the road with no bumper (don't want a ticket).

I found the little clips that hold on the plastic piece on my 03 at Lowes so I would take a bolt off, go up there and see if you can match them. Also, use some PB blaster to make it easier to get the bolts off, but have back ups just in case!
