The last few weeks my 2003 4Runner has been "sliding" while driving on wet highways! Also I noticed the tires are making "skidding" sounds while turning on dry road ways!

Just wondering if anyone can point me to the right direction for correcting this problem.. I was thinking maybe the suspension was off but after reading the article on breaks I'm starting to wonder if a caliper isn't releasing properly.. I heard a dragging noise like "metal to metal" while reversing into a parking spot this morning and the "sliding" appears to becoming from the rear of the vehicle.. Please help & Thank you.
