2003 Spindle questions

We had to pull the passenger strut last night and when we re-installed it the bolts to mount up the lower ball joint started cross threading. Why is nothing ever easy?! We may be able to fix it by re-tapping it, but just in case we can't, I need to be ready to find another spindle.

Is there a difference in a 2WD and 4WD spindle? Will FJ spindles work too? Any ideas on where I can find a used one?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

2wd and 4wd spindles are different. The hubs are not the same. Not sure about the FJ ones though.

Okay, so what about the V8 vs V6 ones? Would there be any difference there?
