Hi guys... up for sale is my 2003 Speed Four. I am selling given that I have a newborn at home and I am just not using the bike as much as I would like to.
I'll be keeping my adventure bike and dirt bike. Speed bike has to go..
Essentially same bike as the Daytona 600 but without fairings and a few updates to the computer mapping. The bike is in excellent condition for its age. Total miles 14,500.
Oil changed every 3000 miles
Valves checked at 12,000
Brake fluid changed less than a year
Also, the bike has the passenger seat cowl (hard to find).
Price set at $3,000 OBO.
Upgrades:
IXIL Exhaust - carbon fiber (bought used on ebay from a bike that was laid down. I flipped the exhaust to hide the rash)
LSL handlebar conversion
Black/Red Shorty levers
Cyclops LED bulbs
New battery as of this month

2nd set of headers that came with IXIL exhaust and currently wrapped with heat wrap
Original clip-on handlebars

The Bad:
Few rock chips (expected)
a 1.5" by .5" piece of paint peeled off by the gas cap.
