I've got an early 2003 v8 with the smaller hitch mounted to the crossmember and was hoping to mount a later model weight distributing hitch. Anyone know if a factory hitch from a 2008 v8 will fit on a 2003 v8 without any modifications? Does a factory hitch fit better under the bumper cover than an aftermarket, i.e. does an aftermarket hitch stick out farther from behind the vehicle?
