2005 w/ 110k - maintenance items?

I recently purchased a 2005 SR5 V6 4wd with 110k miles on it. The previous owner (2nd) only had the oil changed at 3k intervals over the last 4 or so years (20k miles). I don't have the maintenance history from the original owners 90k miles. What are the typical parts / fluids that should be looked into at the current age and mileage?

I would say definitely the front and rear differentials, transfer case and engine coolant. You should probably do the transmission and brake fluid soon too. You bought it at a good time before it was way overdue.

Perfect, I'll ask my mechanic to check those out.

If it's a V8, it needs the timing belt + water pump every 90k miles.

Thanks, I forgot to mention it's a V6. V8 would have been nice though :D

Check the CV shafts, bearings, brake pads, and calipers. They will probably be fine, but your at the age and mileage where they start to fail. I'd also lube any grease points that you can find and replace the PCV valve.

Hell, check the spark plugs too. They are 30k mile plugs but many people find they are still running the original set at 100k miles.
