2007 SR5 V6 clicking sound. Suggestions?

As said in title I have a 2007 SR5 V6 with 109k miles on it. I bought it back in April and in the last month or so I Have noticed a clicking sound that is in sync with the motor running. Be it in park, drive with brakes or when driving. I can hear it go faster with the rpm increase also. I do have an AEM cold air intake that came with the vehicle also installed. It doesnt seem i have lost any power since it started but it is just an annoying sound that I would prefer to get rid of if its possible. Any suggestions??

Is it mostly when the engine is cold, or even after it's warmed up?

Its all the time. I can't seem to pin point the noise either. Its not coming from the engine itself so I really don't know what it would be. Also just changed my oil about 750 miles ago.

I will have to check that. But the weird part is the fact that it is in sync with rpm speed. Makes me think it may be valve lifters possibly?

I'm pretty sure the ticking noise you hear from the V6 engine is just the injectors and it's perfectly normal. I know it sounds like it might be something bad, but I'm pretty sure you're fine.

I can try to shoot one with my go pro. But im narrowing it down to either the injectors or the thing from the first link that chaz posted above.

Its the injectors Completely normal.

My truck did it when I bought it with 60k on it, now 4 yrs later and with 126k it still ticks like that, but no change as in getting any louder or anything. The cold air intake prob would make it more noticeable. I had mine looked at back then dealership said injectors. I'm still concerned with the manifolds which I think mine are leaking a little on the passenger side bank but like I said no change within 4 yrs and 65,ooo miles so......I stoped stressing out about every little creak and squeak a couple of years ago when I lifted it.
