2008 GX470 Official

The 2008 GX470 information is now on the Lexus website. The only changes I noticed were colors (same as 2007 4Runner), new taillights (orange blinker lens replaced with white blinker lens- NO LED's), and new wood trim color. Overall, I am very disappointed with the changes. Lexus is definitely going to have to tweak this truck a bit more to keep up with the competition.

I'm sort of happy actually that they didn't change much - keeps my '03 from looking dated. But I was hoping though that they'd at least add LED's that would hopefully be an easy switch like with the '06/'07 4Runners. Will be weird to see a red GX.

True, this is good news for the owners of GX's from 2003-2007. I was also hoping for a few new gadgets in the interior and maybe a different style liftgate.

And if you feel it does, you can just change the taillights. It is probably an easy swap!
