Hey John.
I have an OEM rack with cross rails that I just pulled from my 2016 trail. If they will fit your Gen 4 4Runner I'll give you a sweet deal on them...
Here are some pics... Only have some slight scratches on the crossbars from carrying lumbar one time, as shown in the images..
