2012 sr5 purchase

I am about to purchase (I think) a 2012 sr5 sport 4x4 with sunroof, entune 15k miles. It was listed at 32800 and I have the price down to 31k flat. Here is the link. It seems like a decent deal. I am upgrading from driving a car around for the past 12 years. We have a Sienna for the family hauling and I am looking for something in the suv area that has a little extra muscle to it. Hence, the 4runner. I appreciate any feedback about the 2012 and pricing.
