Have you tested for rubbing with the suspension compressed? With the added width and stance on the FN Pros over stock, I assumed they would rub with 285s when off-roading.

I had to do some manipulating of the mud flaps with my heat gun to fix daily rubbing, have yet to fully compress suspension off-road. Hopefully soon.

Painted brake calipers with expoxy caliper paint.

Long time T4R lurker and finally modding new white Trail! Been looking at the FN Pro wheels but didn't like the silver flat cap. Which TRD sticker did you use? Paint over it for protection?

If you ask Fn, they have a connection for the sticker. Just ask.

It's the black piece that goes on the front of the TRD Pro bumper. You can see it in the second pic. The SR5 comes without it.

Pretty much. You just need to buy the Valance and the clips. Once you take the bumper off you'll see on the back side the marks you'll need to dremel out.
