Hello from South Texas! I traded in a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 for a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. So far it has been the best choice I've made. I'm not going to do a ton of mods, but would like to beef her up a little. She is currently stock, but thinking about putting on a different wheel/tires, automatic steps, leveling kit, and darker window tint.

I just became a mom, so I would like for her to stay as a "mom" car, but with just a little extra :)

I like the color. Looks like it'll hide a bit of dirt without looking too bad, and a 4Runner just seems wrong if it hasn't got a bit of dirt on it!

Congrats on the TWO new babies for you! :)

I recommend the Toyota matte black TRD Pro wheels and Michelin or Cooper tires.

Great looking T4R! How far south in TX? I spent a good bit of time in Fort Stockton, Del Rio, Alice, Freer, Agua Dulce, Robstown, and Corpus.

Congratulations on the new Runner, what made you trade in the Silverado? More room for the growing family?

I did about the same thing, trading a GMC Sierra so I get why the OP did it.

In my case I was also looking to downsize a little. The 4Runner isn't small by any means, but it's a lot handier around town than the fun size pickup.

Nice truck and welcome from central Texas. You don't seem you want to off road much but if you do even a little I strongly advise against the power running boards. And if you don't off road then watch your shins on them lol
