Didn't mean to offend, I guess it's just personal preference
I was stating that it feels cheaper than a new taco ( I test drove both )
It looks slightly more high class then Tacoma but it's a truck. It should look decent, clean easily, hold up over time and not rattle
JMHO
You test drove a 2017 Honda Ridgeline?? Are you a news editor or something? Because it is not out yet for general public.
What makes you think that RL interior won't clean easily, hold up over time, and not rattle?
And why does it look like melted GI Joes?
You have a hard-on for these things or something? What gives?

You have trouble reading thread title?
Starting price is $29k according to the Honda webpage. Does that seem high to anyone else? I was thinking $24k-$25k would be more competitive, or does Honda discount dig time?
Interesting comparison: https://www.edmunds.com/car-buying/...yota-tacoma-trd-off-road-comparison-test.html
Very surprising.
Through just skimming that article it was obvious none of the trucks were set up for doing what they did if they blew shocks in all the vehicles, probably driving too fast.
@Thai
Thanks for this thread. I have you to thank for getting me spending a lot of time following this vehicle (again). Almost bought the 1st gen but we got our 5th gen 4Runner instead. I've still been following this vehicle somewhat. I'm not totally for or against it. Will be interesting to see how / if Honda changes much of anything right now until a mid cycle refresh.Obviously this is a bit of a odd vehicle to folks how may know next to nothing about it. There is even a bit of hate for it by 1st gen owners. Not that anything like that could ever happen on this forum.
:thanks:
