2017 TRD Tacoma rims for 2005 limited

Hey guys found a really good deal on a rim/tire combo but hesitant to bite. Does anyone know if the 2017 taco trd rims match a 2005 limited? It seems like they do but I've heard stories of a lot of people getting rims and them not fitting around the brakes/rubbing calipers

I have not confirmed myself but my understanding is that the 16" wheels off the tacoma do not fit on the limiteds. They may with spacers.

If it is a 16" wheel and and you have the small brakes they will work. You will have to look the casting mark on the caliper to know for sure. Only the sports edition came standard with the big brakes, limited came with both sizes of brakes so find out what brakes you have if its the small brakes they will work if they are the bigger brakes they will not with out grinding on the caliper
