Hello all,
We are selling our great off road trailer with a James Baroud roof top tent. This is a 2018 New Wave trailer. We have owned this for a couple years now and have loved it but the time has come to move on. We love the design and functionality of this set up. My wife and I sleep inside and our two boys are up top in their nest. They love camping and this makes it so much easier. We keep all our camping gear in the trailer and we can be out of town in 30 mins if we want. Below is a list of everything that comes with it.
ELECTRONICS
-two 6 volt batteries wired in series to make a large 12 volt battery
-1500 watt pure sine wave inverter
-digital display and power switch for inverter inside cabin
-automatic transfer switch (goes from shore power to batteries automatically)
-100 watt solar panel with legs and a 20 foot cord
-charge controller
-wired for solar on the roof and at the battery box
-LG TV
-LED lights inside, outside and in galley
-6 plug outlet with USB ports in galley
-cable/satellite connection on exterior
MECHANICAL
-rides on 285/75R16 tires (33")
-16" aluminum wheels
-7 pin trailer connector
-electric trailer brakes
-2 inch receiver ball
-diamond plate fenders
-2 inch receiver hitch on rear (for bike racks or cargo tray)
-LED brake and turn signal lights
-LED side corner lights
-3 speed and reverseable cabin fan

CREATURE COMFORTS
-8 inch Zinus memory foam mattress
-full storage cabinet inside with 3 access doors
-2 slider windows with tinted glass
-cabin door with tinted glass and slider
-James Baroud roof top tent with aluminized fabric (fully waterproof with no rain fly. Keeps the sun out also!)
-270° awning
-on demand hot water heater
MISC
-10lb propane tank (full!)

-trailer tire leveling system
-fire extinguisher
-table bracket and outside table
-sink bracket and sink (the sink and table can be mounted on either side
-outdoor rug
The back fully opens up and there is a large shelf that unfolds for food prep. The propane tank is in the back as well as the fire extinguisher.
I am 6' 1" and sleep inside with no issues. Stays very warm at night in the cabin. Can always open one of the three windows and turn on the fan if you're too warm, or crank the AC! My wife will spoil our boys and run a electric blanket for them up in the tent. The next day the solar panel charges the batteries and were all good to go.
This trailer qualifies for the permanent trailer designation in CA so there is only a $10 fee every 5 years to register it! I have the clean title in hand.
Our trailer is in fantastic shape and is ready to go to it's new home. Shoot me an offer!
