Hi there friend - just out of curiosity are you trying to find a TRD roof rack due to a dealer providing issues with ordering without a trd vin? There are several threads here that most dealers require you to have a TRD vin number when ordering any TRD pro parts. I have not followed up on it very closely but maybe to prevent people from converting normal t4rs into pro look alike t4rs... Again not to sure on that one. Are you attempting to find a dealer in new jersey to order one of these TRD roof racks for you? If you haven't maybe browsing a thread regarding the TRD pro roof rack and messaging people where they have gotten them? I typically look for location as a go to for people in or around my state i live in. Are you stating the price in attempts to find out what others are paying for these roof racks? If going to a dealer I believe you will find most prices are as advertised. There are some discount sights online you possibly could find one through them. Are you looking for a used gobi or baja full rack? I would look at the for sale section. Maybe craigslist?

That rack looks good on my FJ but do not like it on a 4Runner at all!

Has anyone actually ordered AND received one? While my tires were being rotated last week, a couple of the techs were asking about my winch bumper. The topic swayed to roof racks, and I mentioned that I want a TRD pro roof rack. Both tech, both old timers, indicated that I would not be able to get one.
I am wondering the same thing. Hopefully someone can attest this website is legit
I have found the part number on several sites now. I’ll give it a shot from a reputable dealer. I’ll grab a TRD pro vin online just for good measure.

Don’t be a douche, people are looking for these. If I can get one reasonable I would pick it up. If not for that money a used full rack would also Work for me. That’s my point, should have more clear in my thought process.

This thread seems like it should be something posted in your build page (if you have one) as a modification youd like to do... Was my thought. You stated your looking for a TRD roof rack that the dealer wont order unless you have a TRD vin - This is helpful information :hug: then explain you might just look for a used gobi or full roof rack - now your treading in "ISO - in search of".
I was trying to figure out where the discussion was going? Ive seen other TRD roof rack posts (adding another is like adding "will 285s fit without rubbing" - ok maybe not THAT bad) But was it to tell everyone that to get one of these you have to have a TRD vin? Thats why i asked. - maybe I could have been nicer about it but i figured ill just get to the point.
