2024 Limited… Is this a good deal please?

2024 Limited Underground color, all weather mats, cross bars, door edge guards and some charging cable MSRP is $52,799. Selling price is $48,349 and there is a $495 doc fee. They’re giving me $29,000 for my 2022 Subaru Outback Touring XT turbo with 30,000 miles on it. Reason for the trade is the Subaru has an uncomfortable seating position. I need to sit more upright. Also I wanted something more reliable and substantial. I have had this car at the dealer 7 times to fix dumb things already. Let me know what you all think please!!! Thanks in advance!!

Sounds like a good deal, better than what I was quoted with Costco discount of ~$3000 off MSRP.

OP can you describe what made the Subaru's seat so uncomfortable?

Looks like a good deal! Getting 29K for your 2022 Subaru Outback ain't bad, especially with the comfort probs and past maintenance headaches. Just double-check the deets, and if everything looks good, you might've snagged yourself an upgrade!

It has had brake wobbling problems, rotors, seat belt ignitor left loose and caused buzzing under headliner needing complete removal, sunroof squeaking and misaligned, blower motor crapping out, rear bumper kept coming loose etc etc It is a f*****g lemon. The only thing I will miss is the turbo engine.

I can not say. It is there touring model with napa leather and supposedly there good seats. After a 2 hour ride when I get out I am all cramped up. I need a more upright seating position like a true SUV would have. I would have traded in for the Subaru Ascent but knowing it rolled off the same Indiana assembly line as this piece of garbage I would be insane to expect anything different.
