Fel-pro calls for replacing head bolts with head gasket. Can't find any mention of Toyota saying that they are torque to yield bolts. They look fine after running them through a dye to clean the threads. Im inclined to reuse them unless anyone has some reused bolt horror stories to share. Thanks.

Every vendor, service manual, parts place, etc will tell you to replace them, and it's good advice. And if you're building a higher performance engine (over stock) it's really good advice.
On the flip side, people reuse them a lot, usually with no problem.
So if you're just replacing the HG on a stock engine, you'e probably OK.
It's your call.
