275-65R18 On Stock Height?

Think it's possible to squeeze 275-65R18 on stock height or am I better off with 265-65R18? Plan on using it with the 06+ 4Runner Limited Wheels. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Possible, yes. Will it rub, yes. If you can tolerate the rubbing until you lift it, go for it.
