2nd Gen Rear Wiper...

This should be a simple question for anybody who has had their 4runner for a while.
Is the rear wiper replaceable? It doesn't look like a standard wiper arm connection. Can I buy the whole piece or should I just look at replacing the rubber?

Unless you get the replacement from the dealer none of the aftermarkets will mount. I tried Bosch, Rain-x, and the Auto zone house brand none, of which would configure to the 14 inch wiper in the rear. I ended up replacing only the rubber from the generic option.
