2nd gen tire carrier license plate holder bezel *BOLT SOCKET SIZE?"

Hello gents, hoping someone can help me out here.

I'm looking to remove the license plate holder bezel off of a 2nd gen 4runner tire carrier. Looks to be four bolts in total. I need it for my custom rear bumper for my 3rd gen 4runner.

I was at a pick n pull earlier with only two specific socket sizes on me for seats. Then by luck I saw this in the corner of my eye. I'd like to go back asap to retrieve this.
