3.4 V6 Intermittent idle drop when stopped

Hello,
My 99 4Runner V6 (200 K Miles) has a intermittent idle problem when stopped at red lights. it sometimes (not always) drops to around 500 and stalls. Normally when in (D) the RPM is right at 600 and drives and runs great.

I have cleaned the Mass Airflow sensor, throttle body and Idle control valve as well as PCV valve and still have the same problem. The throttle position sensor was replaced last year due to a check engine light coming ON and it's been fine ever since. I have replaced the spark plugs and wires from OEM toyota parts. Have ran 2-3 full tank of Fuel Injector cleaner and replaced Airfilter and same problem!

The Fuel filter has been changed last year and I have checked all the hoses for vacum leaks and I couldn't find anything.

Just wondering if any of you have ran into this issue....Much appreciate any help and advise!

I know you cleaned the IAC but maybe it's not functioning correctly or at all now. If you do a search, you'll find how to test it for operation.
