#3 fuel injector '97 4runner

I am in the middle of replacing the #3 fuel injector on the passenger side.

I only removed the throttle body for access.

I removed the front bolt on the fuel rail supply and the 2 bolts holding down the rail.

The rear bolt is what is confusing me. There is a plastic wiring harness behind the bolt. The bolt is long so I don't think it can be removed toward the fire wall.

Do both rails have to be removed to just replace the #3 injector?

Does the rail pivot up somehow with just the front fuel line and 2 hold down bolts removed?

Ok, I just needed to lift the front of the rail a little harder. The pivot at the fire wall end just did not compute.
